Le Gavroche
Le Gavroche established in 1967 under the auspices of the legendary Roux brothers. It is known as the last bastion in London of classically rich French haute cuisine. It was the first UK restaurant to be awarded 3 Michelin Stars and was the first Michelin rated restaurant to provide a set-price lunch. It maintains the very greatest of standards. Medlar
Medlar is owned by David O’Connor and Joe Mercer Nairne. It is the first restaurant venture and the aim is to provide fabulous food and quality service in a relaxed atmosphere. They focus to cook seasonal ingredients from Europe and the British Isles simply and accurately. A passion for food drives Joe to the kitchen and strives to cook food that is satisfying to devour. Medlar’s wine list is compiled by Head sommelier, Didier Catelo who joined Medlar in March 2017.
He previously worked in the sommelier team and they are delighted to have him back. His previous roles were wine buyer for Ernst and Young including experiences at The Ledbury, Hotel Du Vin, Le Bistrot du Sommelier in addition to experiences in New York and Washington.

Augustine Kitchen
Augustine Kitchen focuses on good quality wine and produce. The producers are selected, to make sure the best quality, including charcuterie from Monsieur Colliard and fish from Mouchet Anythy Sur Leman, a fourth-generation fisherman. Regional dishes feature Reblochon Tarte, gratin of Crozets, and delicately smoked fera, whilst other highlights range from the sublime snails served with garlic mousse and parsley butter to pike quenelle or pork shank which has been slow-cooked for thirty-six hours. Behind the bar is the selected wines are displayed in open racks, in a typical French charm, along with a fine selection of Armagnacs, Cognacs, and other well-known spirits.

Club Gascon – French Michelin Starred Restaurant
Club Gascon – French Michelin Starred Restaurant was established in 1998 by chef Pascal Aussignac and business partner Vincent Labeyrie. Both the restaurant and near wine bar underwent a major restoration in 2017. Club Gascon pays tribute to the traditional Gascony region of southwest France surrounding Bordeaux to the North, Bayonne to the West, and Toulouse to the South. They were awarded a Michelin star in 2002 which has retained every year since. After the success of Club Gascon restaurant, they have been able to open the wine bar Le Bar and a bistro called Comptoir Gascon on Charterhouse Street.
