“We were just about to move country with our 9 months old who was still nursing every two hours during the night and co-sleeping with mum. I was convinced no sleep help would work for his very big personality, but within only a few days we went from waking every couple hours to sleeping 11 hours every night. When we moved, she also helped get him on the time change. She was super good about communication via email, phone, and WhatsApp, and I really felt like her plan was tailored to us, she listened to what we were comfortable with (allergy baby, so we still wanted him in the crib in the same room in case), and it really was completely worth it. Thanks, Kate!” – Nicole T.
Fruzsina Kapinya has a strong belief that healthy sleep habits make for healthy children. A well-rested child is curious, energetic, happy, playful, and eager to learn. Her techniques are tailored to your child’s age and personality, as well as your parenting approach and individual circumstances.
She recognise that each child is different and always take the time to build up a full history of your child’s sleep habits and all the factors that affect them, like feeding and nutrition, day time routines, temperament, health, allergy, developmental phases, mobility, siblings, childcare and home environment, before making any recommendations.
Fruzsina’s role as a sleep trainer is to help you understand what falls within a normal range and why your child is behaving in the way that they are, and then give you the knowledge, techniques, and confidence to optimise the environment for sleep, help your child into a consistent routine that’s age-appropriate and phase out sleep associations or overcome habitual waking, so that they learn to sleep independently.

“Thank you so much Fruzsina. You have no idea what you have done to help us!” – Adam K.
Eliana Beeson is a certified pediatric sleep consultant and founder of little angel sleep consulting. She offers bespoke sleep plans for every family she works with. They will speak at length about your current experience and your goals and Eliana will design a bespoke plan for your family. She would like to start with some acknowledgments. The credit for the creation of Little Angel Sleep Consulting goes to her daughter, Sofia, and to her mother, Franca.
Even if in completely different ways, they both put her on the path of wanting to help families get their children to sleep. Her mother raised Eliana with terrible stories of the difficulty she had slept until late-toddlerhood. That is why when Eliana found out she was pregnant with Sofia in July 2016, Eliana wanted at all costs to understand whether poor sleep skills were somehow genetic and would affect her baby’s life.
When she was presented with the opportunity to become a Certified Sleep Sense Consultant with Dana Obleman, creator of the Sleep Sense program, Eliana could not resist the idea of helping other families with their children’s sleep issues. Through her certification in the programme, she has undertaken in-depth training and mentorship which have given me the very best tools and knowledge available to assist you in helping your little one develop healthy sleep habits.

“Completely worth the money my 1-year-old went from waking up every 2hour and having a feed to sleeping through the night from 7-6 this really has been a lifesaver for me and for my baby. The detailed plan made it really easy to follow and after 2 nights my baby was much happier and sleeping much better. Eliana was extremely helpful and understanding. I can not recommend her enough. Anyone struggling or thinking about getting help just do it. It will be the best investment you ever make.” – Kate G.
